Modern Day, Arthur is a prince and Merlin works as a nurse/in a hospital???

So I don't rememeber much about this story other than the fact that Merlin and Arthur meet at a hospital as Arthur is there for an event and they he walks into the a storage where Merlin is hiding to smoke and in the dark e talks badly about the Prince and then he realizes he is talking to the prince. They meet again for a phone(???), Arthur brings it to him at his apartment, and then he lets Merlin keep his extremely expensive watch. Merlin and Gwen are roomates. There relationship ends up being outed to the media, in a seperate story you find out that Arthur did it intentionally so that he and Merlin could be together. This was a really long fic and I think a very popular one in the fandom. I remember reading it on A03, please help this is driving me nuts, lol.
